Co-operation of the VIZE 97 Foundation and E.ON
The energy company E.ON decided to add a new dimension to social work of the VIZE 97 Foundation, this time an ecological one, and provided the Foundation with an electromobile Smart Fortwo ED. The car has been handed over to the representatives of the Foundation by Eva Šelepová from E.ON Czech Republic.
The energy company E.ON decided to support the Foundation of Dagmar and Václav Havel by renting a unique car Smart Fortwo ED to the Foundation free of charge. The employees of the VIZE 97 Foundation will be using it for their charitable activities. The car has been specially modified for the Foundation – it has been re-designed in the traditional colours with the Foundation logo on it.
“We are happy that E.ON has become a new partner of the Foundation. It is of a great help to the VIZE 97 Foundation that we will be able to use the electromobile Smart ED for our everyday hard work. For us it is also a very significant aspect that it is an ecological vehicle,” said Vangelis Zingopis, Office Manager of the Foundation VIZE 97 when taking over the vehicle on 31st of July 2012.
Eva Šelepová from E.ON Czech Republic who handed over the car keys added: “Owing to our co-operation with the Foundation VIZE 97, we will help to further promote an ecological way of transport, which we support greatly. We believe that the employees of the Foundation will appreciate in particular the agility of a small electromobile in urban traffic as well as easy parking owing to small size of this two-seater car, which will undoubtedly make their everyday charitable fieldwork easier.”
