The jury of the Olga Havel Award selected from 17 nominations and decided to honour Ji\u0159\u00ed K\u0159\u00ed\u017e who, despite of his own disability, helps paraplegics throughout the Czech Republic. Award Ceremony was held in the area of the Prague Crossroads on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the patron of the Award the Committee of Good Will &#8211; Olga Havel Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>First Award was introduced by Mrs. Olga Havel in 1995. Since then, it is annually given to handicapped individuals, who have greatly contributed to the improvement of living conditions of other people with disabilities.
