A Prague Spring’s Concert at Prague Crossroads
One of the concerts of the Prague Spring International Music Festival was held on 15 May 2008 at Prague Crossroads. Viewers watched and listened to Schola Gregoriana Pragensis, led by artistic director David Eben and accompanied by violoncellist Jiří Bárta, who has been appreciated by listeners as well as reviewers.
Schola Gregoriana Pragensis and Jiří Bárta had launched their joint project “Dialogue between Human Voice and Strings” several years ago. They have performed in numerous temples, with great success at Smetana’s Litomyšl International Opera Festival in 2006. Only few premises are as suitable for this project as those of Prague Crossroads.
