Dagmar Havlová is the Patron of the Helppes Super-Day Again
Since 2004, Ms Dagmar Havlová, as the patron of the Helppes (Help-Dog) Super-Day event, has regularly taken part in the ceremonial handovers of trained assistance dogs to children with disabilities. On Saturday, she came to the training facility of the Helppes association to give friendly greetings to viewers and organisers of the event. Ms Havlová handed over two dog helpers – golden retriever named Gin to Terezka Zapletalová, and female labrador retriever Sára to twelve-year-old Jirka Pilský. Together with other guests, namely Anna K. and Petr Fejk, she also cut the cake prepared for the celebration of Helppes’ birthday. Ms Havlová mentioned the importance of dog assistance service and canistherapy, and wished all lucky owners of the new dogs a nice time together.
The Dagmar and Václav Havel Foundation VIZE 97 supports the activities of the Helppes organisation on an ongoing basis, by financial contributions as well as non-monetary gifts such as dog food.
