Meeting of the VIZE 97 Prize Board
Members of the Prize Board of the Dagmar and Václav Havel Foundation VIZE 97 met at their joint session in the Foundation’s registered office. The purpose of the meeting was to select an appropriate laureate to be awarded the Prize in 2008. Numerous names, which had been proposed in previous years, were discussed. In conclusion, the Board agreed on presenting this year’s VIZE 97 Foundation Prize on 5 October again, i.e. on the birthday of the Foundation co-founder, President Václav Havel.
