Nurse of the Year 2006
The Nurse of the Year 2006 award was officially presented at the Žofín Palace on 20th February 2007. The patron of the award presentation was Mrs Dagmar Havlová, the Chairwoman of the Board of The Dagmar and Václav Havel Foundation VIZE 97. Due to being in the United States, Mrs Havlová did not attend the event in person, but she pleased all of the guests in attendance with a recorded video greeting. The special award for life-long service in the field of nursing was presented by Mrs Táňa Fischerová, who stood in for Mrs Havlová.
