Meeting of the VIZE 97 Foundation’s Board of Trustees
The 31st meeting of the Board of Trustees was held with the participation of the Board Members, a representative of the VGD s.r.o., accounting firm and a representative of the KPMG Česká republika Audit, s.r.o. auditing company on 29th June 2011. Members of the Board of Trustees learnt about details of the Financial Report for 2010 and financial statements as at 31st December 2010. Both documents were unanimously approved. Then the meeting proceeded to a discussion of other important matters regarding the operation of the individual programmes of the VIZE 97 Foundation.
